These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Drive-It mobile application and related services (the "Service") provided by MyRide Live Inc. ("Drive-It", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

  • You grant Drive-It a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate and provide the Service (for example, showing your posts to other users and delivering media through our content-delivery providers). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content others have shared or copies retained for legal or backup purposes.
  • You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights to share it and that it does not violate these Terms or any law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Post content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable;
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, attack, or reverse engineer the Service;
  • Collect or scrape other users' data without consent;
  • Use the Service for spam or unauthorized commercial activity;
  • Violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Content moderation and reporting

The Service includes tools to report content and users. We may review and remove content, and take action against accounts, at our discretion to keep the community safe and comply with law.

6. Third-party services

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for the operation, security, or legal compliance of the Service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drive-It will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
